In celebration of 100 years of British Vogue, Claridge’s has created a stylish fashion experience which combines a stay at the hotel with tickets to the National Portrait Gallery’s much-anticipated exhibition Vogue100: A Century of Style (February 11-May 22).
Set to be one of the highlights of London’s cultural scene in 2016, Vogue100: A Century of Style features over 280 original portraits by leading 20th-century photographers, from Cecil Beaton to David Bailey. The exhibition captures the evolution of the trend-setting cover looks for which British Vogue has been renowned since it was first published in 1916, as well as demonstrating the three central principles which have always set Vogue apart: a commitment to visual genius, an investment in storytelling that puts women at the centre of culture, and a selective, optimistic editorial eye.
Your one-night stay at Claridge’s includes two tickets to Vogue100: A Century of Style, two manicures at the Claridge’s Health Club & Spa, champagne upon arrival and breakfast for two, as well as a copy of the exhibition catalogue signed by the curator and British Vogue’s Contributing Editor Robin Muir.
